You're fighting the ride-hailing giants with one hand on the paperwork.

Emerald Logic manages driver contracts, driver payments and the dispatch system for private hire operators. Our team works from an office in Beacon Court, Sandyford, Dublin. A team of people, around 10,000 driver payments a week, over ten years of doing it.

Beacon Court, Sandyford, Dublin. A real office, open during working hours.

A team of people. Key personnel, named below, with their roles.

10+ years. 15+ operators.

Around 10,000 driver payments every week.

A separate bank account for every operator, each with its own IBAN. Never pooled.

Two authorised signatures on every payment.

Visits are welcome. Ask and we will put a date in.

What we actually do

The drivers you engage are still there. The passengers still book with you. Dispatch still runs the way it runs today. What changes is who is doing the administration behind it.

Every week our team in Dublin takes your driver payment file, checks it, runs the payments, reconciles the account and files the records. We manage the driver contracts and the dispatch system, and we keep the documents current. Your drivers are self-employed and that does not change.

That is the whole job. There is nothing clever in it. It is a dedicated team of people doing administration properly, five days a week.

We're not an app and we're not a company formation service. We're an operations business. Our team in Dublin does the driver administration your staff currently do in-house. Anyone who wants to see it being done is welcome to come and watch.

Its own account, its own IBAN

Every operator has its own bank account with its own IBAN. Funds are never pooled with another operator and never mixed with our own.

Two signatures, every time

Nothing new about any of this

Outsourcing a back office function is ordinary commercial practice. Banks, airlines, insurers and retailers have run administration, payroll and customer service out of one country and served a dozen others from it for decades. Nobody finds that remarkable, because it is not.

Come to Sandyford, meet the team who would be running your driver administration, and watch a payment run go out.

Bring your accountant

Most operators bring theirs to the first call, and we would rather they came than not.

Your accountant is not being replaced and nothing about their role changes. Anything outside the administration we perform stays with them, and we will say so on the call.

What we give them is the operational documentation: who we are, who employs our staff, the agency agreement, how bank accounts are held and controlled, what we do each week and what we charge for it.

We look at what your team does now.

Together with you and your accountant we go through your driver admin as it actually runs: who does what, how many hours it takes, where the payment file comes from, what breaks.

We write it down and price it.

You get a document setting out which tasks move to Dublin, who performs them, what stays with you, and what it costs each month. Nothing is a percentage of anything.

Doing it in-house, or handing it to us

The honest comparison is not us against another provider. It is us against your own back office, which is the thing you are actually paying for today.

Operators we work for

Fifteen or more UK private hire operators. Around 10,000 driver payments a week between them. Over ten years.

Most of our clients would rather not be listed publicly, and we respect that. If you want to hear it first hand, tell us and we will arrange an introduction to an operator of a similar size.

Questions operators ask

What happens to my own admin staff?

That is your decision and nobody at Emerald Logic will make it for you. We will tell you which hours the change frees up, and that is where our part ends.

Where is my drivers' money held?

Start with a conversation, not a decision

The first call is an hour. Bring your accountant. We will go through what your team does now, what we would take on, and what it costs. If it does not suit you, that is a perfectly good outcome and you will have lost an hour.
